RETURN POLICY
Not the right fit? Or just changed your mind? No worries. We're happy to accept returns on unworn items in their original condition (unwashed, tags attached) within 30 days of the ship date. Mail-in returns have a $7 shipping label fee at the customer’s expense. To initiate the return process, feel free to contact us at sales@freeasatee.com .
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY REFUND?
Return processing typically takes one to two weeks to arrive at the warehouse and can take up to three weeks from the date received to be processed.
We'll send you an email once your return package has been received and another email confirming your refund has been fully processed. If you've waited more than three weeks with no email from us, please reach out to us at sales@freeasatee.com , and we will gladly help you out.
If our return policy window passes while your return is still in transit, your refund will still be issued once the warehouse inspects it.
EXCHANGES
We're happy to accept exchanges for a different size, color or style on items that are the same price. Original purchased items must be unworn and in their original condition (unwashed, tags attached) within 30 days of the ship date. Mail-in exchanges have a $7 shipping label fee at the customers expense for returning the original item. To initiate an exchange please email us at sales@freeasatee.com .
